k9vin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as set out in the applicable promotion terms) before they may be withdrawn. Cricket betting markets, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) markets, are offered subject to the specific sports betting rules published in k9vin's sportsbook section. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or any result alteration by the relevant cricket governing body, k9vin will settle bets in accordance with its sports rules, which may include voiding affected markets.
All casino game outcomes on k9vin are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Game results are final and binding. In the event of a network disconnection during a game session, k9vin's system records shall be the definitive record of game results and bet outcomes.

k9vin's total liability to you in respect of any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not, in any circumstances, exceed the total amount deposited by you into your k9vin account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
k9vin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, governmental actions, or natural disasters.
k9vin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any legitimate reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; regulatory requirements; or commercial decision. In the event of account closure for reasons other than Terms breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after the required verification checks.
You may close your k9vin account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to pending wagering requirements and KYC compliance. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them or the k9vin Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k9vin holds its gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant gaming regulatory body.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the k9vin Platform and, if you wish, contact support to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any verified real-money balance. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.
